Gary is an experienced civil and commercial litigator with an expertise in a wide range of areas including contractual disputes, negligence claims, landlord and tenant disputes, insolvency, debt recovery, intellectual property rights, contested probate and employment disputes including advising on settlement agreements.
Gary qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has set up two litigation departments from scratch at his two previous firms. He has acted for clients on a wide range of cases from small claims matters up to complex multi-track cases over £500,000 in value. Gary prides himself on his attention to detail and client care and is competitive by nature and likes winning cases for clients and will go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome for his clients.
In his personal life, Gary is a keen sportsman and is a county-level tennis player and proficient road cyclist. Gary is a keen Coventry City FC supporter and also an avid follower of the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL. Gary also enjoys travelling and exploring different cultures.
