Ben Haulkham is a highly experienced Private Client lawyer and has been assisting clients since 2009. Having been based in West Sussex his whole life, Ben is happy to assist clients anywhere, even overseas, by remote means, making use of technology. He can also offer meetings in person, where necessary, in the South of England.
Ben started his career with a global wealth management company within their Executor and Trustee Company, before working for several law firms to gain valuable experience. He has picked up a large caseload of clients throughout his journey, for who he continues to act for. He joined Richard Nelson as a Consultant in October 2023.
Ben’s experience across various Private Client matters enables him to be an outstanding problem solver for clients. He is an excellent communicator who can accommodate any individual regardless of their circumstances. Ben is passionate about helping clients and offers a very calm and sensitive approach, particularly at difficult and upsetting times for individuals.
