Kiran is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives/ Family Lawyer. She has been working in the legal field since 1999 and qualified in 2005. She has carried out work in many areas of law such as Family, Crime, Probate, Immigration and Debt Recovery before specifically specialising in Family Law. She works in Sutton Coldfield, helping clients in the Birmingham area.

Kiran specialises in divorce, disputes regarding children, financial matters and domestic abuse. She has particular expertise in relation to children’s matters such as contact arrangements, residence (where a child lives) and contact (who a child spends time with), removal from jurisdiction and all other legal proceedings relating to private children law.

Kiran has had great involvement with organisations such as Victim Support, Women’s Aid, Dudley City Council and local refuges regarding cases of domestic abuse. She has also featured in a DVD made by Victim Support providing advice about what happens when there is a breakdown in a relationship and the civil remedies available. The DVD was circulated to all those in the West Midlands area who were in need of advice in a snapshot.

She specialises in cases where a person has been a victim of domestic violence and therefore needs protection orders for their safety.

Kiran has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the family law field. Client’s make contact with her at a very difficult point in their life where they need clear transparent advice from an understanding lawyer. Kiran is committed to making the process as easy as possible for the client knowing that they are going through a stressful and emotional time.

Kiran is a Member of Resolution, this is a Family Lawyers Organisation whose Code of Conduct is to deal with family cases in a constructive and non-confrontational way.
