Martin qualified as a solicitor in 1997 before going to work at a high street firm where he became manager of two branch offices. During this time he gained experience of wills and probate, powers of attorney and residential tenancies. He then joined us as a consultant in 2013, specialising in family law, wills and probate and civil litigation.

Martin has experience of family law including Divorce and separation; Cohabitation agreements and separation; Adoption; Children issues and Domestic violence and harassment. In addition to that his civil litigation experience covers land, boundary and right of way disputes; Inheritance Act and estate claims; TOLATA claims; sale of goods and supply of services claims, and debt recovery.

Martin is experienced in conducting cases including advocacy in interim and final contested hearings in the Magistrates Court and County Court. He has also conducted cases in the High Court, the Court of Appeal and before the Land Registry Tribunal.
