Nicholas qualified in 1987, becoming a partner with a medium-sized practice in 1988 specialising in all aspects of commercial and residential property work.

In 2003 Nicholas became senior property partner with a practice having multiple offices in the Surrey and south-west London area.

Thereafter Nicholas had his own niche property practice which then merged into a large regional practice in which he became a partner.

Nicholas deals with all aspects of commercial property work specialising in residential and commercial property development. With over thirty years’ experience, he is well placed to deal with site assembly and disposal of both residential and commercial development sites, conditional agreements, options, overage agreements, promotion agreements, pre-emption agreements and other associated documentation.

Nicholas acts for a range of both private and corporate clients. His work covers the full spectrum of real estate sectors, offices, factories/warehousing, residential, hotel and leisure, retail, mixed use and industrial whether acquisition, disposal or leasing. Nicholas also deals with secured lending and provides support to corporate colleagues dealing with transactions involving companies holding property assets.
