Paul is a highly experienced employment law solicitor. He has a particular expertise in representing employees in sexual harassment and pregnancy and maternity discrimination claims but also acts for employees and employers across the full range of employment related issues anywhere nationally.
Paul trained and qualified at a top-rated London law firm and has since had a varied career, working in private practice representing and advising employees and employers, both large and small, as well as representing and advising trade unions and local authorities.
Paul has a very sympathetic and approachable manner but is not afraid to stand up for clients when it matters, including conducting his own advocacy at the Employment Tribunal.
Paul represents many clients on a ‘no-win no-fee’ basis, or on a fixed fee or hourly rate if these are more appropriate to the particular matter. For example, many employees bringing discrimination claims prefer the security of a ‘no-win no-fee’ arrangement, whereas an employer seeking a solicitor to draft employment related documentation may prefer the certainty of a fixed fee.
