Janice Dean is a Consultant Solicitor specialising in corporate governance and company law.

Janice qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and is a published expert in UK company law and corporate governance best practice. Janice was Head of Governance at the Law Society and has supported directors and trustees in many charities, third sector/ non-profit organisations and in private companies.
