Delyth Williams

Delyth joined Richard Nelson LLP in 2025 as an Associate Solicitor, collaborating closely with our Compliance Partner, Lucie Malins, to develop and enhance the firm’s Compliance and Risk team. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, Delyth has built extensive client-facing experience working in South Wales across the divorce, childcare, and property law sectors, including leadership roles at the Head of Department level.

Her deep understanding of legal practice demands, client needs, and regulatory frameworks enables her to effectively assist in streamlining the firm’s compliance systems and processes.

Delyth provides dedicated supervision and guidance to the firm’s Consultant Solicitors, ensuring their work remains aligned with professional standards and internal policies. Her responsibilities include conducting in-depth internal file audits, anti-money laundering (AML) reviews, and addressing a wide range of compliance matters. Delyth also works closely with the Managing Partner on the source of funds and wealth verification, and supports Lucie Malins in the effective management and resolution of client complaints. Delyth is an active member of the Cardiff and District Law Society.
