Marika Whiteman is a Consultant Solicitor based in Nottingham working within the Commercial Property law team.
Marika qualified in 2000 with a small niche property firm and has subsequently worked in hight street firms, national and regional commercial firms including the city of London.
She has gained broad experience in property law, both commercial and residential throughout her practice years. She can advise and help with all none contentious property matters but for residential conveyancing.
Marika’s commercial property expertise includes (but is not limited to) Option Agreements, Overage Agreements, Leases of high street shop premises, auction sales of commercial industrial estates, subject to occupational leases, sale of scrap yards, purchases of freehold leasehold premises subject to commercial lending and much more.
Her passion for Property law began when she studied law at the University of Sheffield, where she won a memorial prize for the highest grade in the final exams.
