Natasha Kirkby

Natasha Kirkby is the Firm’s In‑House Recruiter, supporting recruitment across the business in a regulated professional services environment. She works closely with Partners, Heads of Department, and Senior Stakeholders to ensure recruitment activity aligns with the Firm’s operational needs and long‑term objectives. After beginning a career in Law, training with Fennemores Solicitors in Milton Keynes, she discovered her passion for connecting Legal Talent with opportunity for well over 25 years.

She manages the recruitment process from role definition through to onboarding, providing advice on market conditions, sourcing strategies, and selection processes. Natasha holds the FREC Diploma in Recruitment Practice (DipRP), which underpins her structured approach to recruitment best practice and compliance.

Natasha is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and delivery of fair, consistent recruitment processes that support the Firm’s standards and reputation.
