Samantha qualified as a Solicitor in 2003. She has 15 years of experience in civil litigation. In 2014 she took a sabbatical to look after her young family. After fighting for her son, who has significant special needs she developed a passion for education law and now specialises in this area.
Samantha has a number of years of experience in EHCP cases with a high success rate on appeal. She also takes on exclusions and other education-based cases.
