Richard Nelson LLP earns Great Place To Work Certification

Richard Nelson LLP has achieved the Great Place To Work Certification with outstanding results from its employees.

This news comes just weeks after the firm received the bronze award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). The ERS encounrages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same, a scheme Richard Nelson LLP is delighted to be a part of.

The Great Place To Work Certification is the gold standard for measuring employee engagement, as a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and effective leadership

The survey is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the workplace experience across a number of dimensions including credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. It is the largest survey conducted in the world in the field of corporate culture.

Speaking of the accreditations, Marie Dancer, Managing Partner at Richard Nelson LLP said:

“We are delighted with the results. I am incredibly proud to share that the average across all statements was 93%, with 100% of employees taking part in the survey. The threshold for getting the certification is that 65% of the feedback is positive, so this is really fantastic to see.

“As a firm, we are proud of where we are strong, but also keen to understand where we can look to make improvements in terms of providing a great place to work for everyone. The comments we have received have provided us with some useful feedback which we will take on board, with a view to making further improvements in 2022.”

Recognised by employees and employers alike, the Great Place to Work Certification is the global benchmark for identifying and recognising outstanding employee experience.
