Behzad Sharmin was awarded Bachelor of Law (LLB) by the University of London. She also holds a Post Graduate Qualification from the University of Westminster in London where she attained her Legal Practice Course with Commendation. Behzad completed her Master of Law in Family Law from the University of Westminster. Behzad obtained level 1 Immigration accreditation from the Law Society.

She deals with all forms of immigration law with experience, ranging from entry clearance visas, leave to remain applications including extension applications, fee waiver applications, no recourse to public fund restriction removal applications, naturalisation applications, discretionary leave applications, all family and relationship applications, asylum applications, judicial reviews and appeal preparation.

Behzad is dedicated to ensuring her client’s best interests are the main priority in her work ethic and her flexible approach to each client’s needs ensures they feel well looked after throughout the entire process. Her dedication to attention to detail ensures no task is completed half-heartedly.

She speaks Bengali, Hindi and Urdu in addition to English.
