Consultant Solicitor
Elissa is a Consultant at Richard Nelson LLP and splits her time between North Wales and London with a focus on advising businesses on a range of employment law issues, from day to day advice to complex legal challenges.
Elissa is a confident and robust employment litigator who works exceptionally well with senior management, HR teams and in-house counsel.
With experience acting for both employer and employee clients, Elissa is described by clients as straightforward and creative with a no-nonsense approach – always with the client’s commercial interests in mind.
Elissa has a particular interest in complex grievances, discrimination and maternity issues, and has experience acting for PLC clients, SMEs and household name brands. In addition to her contentious practice Elissa offers drafting work and can provide contracts, policies and undertake HR audit work.
Elissa also delivers training in relation to employment and HR issues, often to senior managers or those who are being promoted to management positions. Her training offers a unique mix of employment expertise backed by her experience working with the emergency services as a Community First Responder and an RNLI Helm.
