Jane has practised solely in family law since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013; most of her work has been based in the West Midlands.
Jane understands the challenges facing separating couples, concerns over housing, finances and children and always listens to her clients to determine what is important to them. Wherever possible, Jane encourages her clients to deal with matters amicably and keep matters out of Court, thereby reducing costs and reaching a settlement agreeable to both parties without a decision imposed on them.
When matters are more complex, Jane will assemble a team to work together with may include pension experts, Counsel and other experts as appropriate to the case.
