Jon joined Richard Nelson LLP in 2023 as an Employment Solicitor. Prior to joining us, Jon was a Government lawyer, specialising in employment law.

Jon is a Solicitor of over 20 years’ post-qualification experience in the fields of employment, discrimination and education law, acting for companies, public bodies, academic institutions and individuals. Jon has an in-depth knowledge of his specialisms, both on the advisory and litigation side. Jon has considerable expertise in managing settlements and other forms of dispute resolution, running litigation and advising on risk management and best practice.

Jon advises and represents employees in respect of a range of their employment issues, whether these are workplace disciplinaries, grievances relating to discrimination and harassment, negotiation of settlement agreements or representation in Employment Tribunal cases.
