Clients are often at a very low point in their lives and I enjoy helping them to find a solution to their problems. Often this involves a fair compromise that both parties are happy to live with, which will allow them both, at some point in the future, to attend their children’s weddings and be on speaking terms with each other. Sometimes I need to convince a client to accept a sensible compromise and often It is my role to persuade a client not to back down and instead hold out for a fair settlement in the face of an unreasonable ex partner.
