Theodora is a dual-qualified legal professional, Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, offering a rare breadth of international experience across private practice, governance, and the third sector. She is distinguished by her ability to combine legal rigour, strategic insight, and  digital literacy to deliver clear, future-focused outcomes in an increasingly digitalised legal landscape.

She holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law (with Commendation) from the University of Northumbria, Newcastle upon Tyne, specialising in E-commerce, and has undertaken advanced professional development in Wills and Estate Planning forming the foundation of a strong Private Client practice covering Wills & Probate, resealing of Grants of Representation, and the preparation and administration of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her work is particularly informed by digital law awareness, enabling modern, holistic estate planning solutions.

Theodora is recognised for her empathetic, hands-on approach to Charity Law. She currently manages a portfolio of charities, advising on registration, Charity Commission engagement, trustee governance, sponsorship management systems, charity reconstruction and mergers, funding strategies, property acquisition, and the stewardship of heritage buildings.

Alongside her legal practice, she is a Life Coach, motivational speaker, and author, with a sustained interest in research and academic engagement.
