Having instructed Richard Nelson LLP to represent my son in his defence, Jacqui & Philip (Barrister) have been outstanding in their representation & got us a great result, can’t thank them enough!
Jacqui was amazing, reassuring and I felt at ease with her confidence and attitude. I would use her every time (if needed!) and recommend her highly. I never felt worried - she always made me feel really relaxed with her presence on the case.
I first contacted your firm in early 2018 while I was finishing a custodial sentence, when it became clear that I was subject to a further police investigation. Jacqui met with me at short notice and quickly identified the strengths and weaknesses of my case, assisting me through a round of challenging police interviews.
When I was subsequently charged, Jacqui had complete grasp of what was a complex situation surrounding the circumstances of the offending. She was able to provide pragmatic advice and later representation that was invaluable in securing the best possible result.
I’m so glad I chose to go down the Solicitor Advocate route. The value in being represented by someone who took the time to get to know every last detail of the case, from interviews and case preparation through to the representation in Crown Court, was undoubtedly huge.
As a result of the representation provided by Richard Nelson LLP, I received an excellent result which far exceeded my expectations and I would like to express my sincere thanks to all of your team. I commend Jacqui and indeed your firm as a whole.
Jacqui has championed the cause of mentally ill offenders and her instructions are always focussed on the right issues. Her knowledge of the medico-legal aspects of cases is very helpful in addressing the right issues related to the case
I have used Jacqui Callan for many years and can say that she has always put her clients first. She is very professional and always goes that extra distance to fight for her clients.
I am just emailing to thank Richard Nelson LLP and particularly Criminal solicitor Jacqui Callan at your Nottingham branch for excellent work in successfully defending my case in December. Jacqui is a credit to your firm and the legal profession.
From the moment she first took my case on I felt in good, professional hands with a solicitor who is positive and always polite. Her experience is clear to see and the advice given makes one feel reassured. Which is very important to innocent people trying to negotiate the intricate web that is the British legal system.
Jacqui was fantastic. I feel Jacqui went above and beyond, even travelling to Derby to interview witnesses to then coming back again to sit in on interviews. Jacqui made me feel my case was in the best hands and evidently, it was. Thank you for everything.
I would like to thank you for taking on my case and being so understanding and patient when I was constantly emailing things to you. I thank you for your consummate professionalism, your empathy, and your service which was second to none and I owe you and your firm a debt of gratitude.
