Amar Ul Haq is a compassionate, empathetic and highly driven Family Law Solicitor with over 25 years’ experience providing invaluable guidance to clients facing some of the most challenging moments in their lives. A highly skilled negotiator and advocate, Amar has successfully represented hundreds of clients in court proceedings covering divorce, separation, financial settlements, child arrangements (including those with an international element), domestic abuse and cohabitation disputes.  He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating agreements and court orders, consistently securing outcomes that protect his clients’ interests.

Alongside his core expertise in matrimonial and children law, Amar also undertakes some selective private client work, including wills, lasting powers of attorney, and Court of Protection applications.
