Andrew is a Consultant at Richard Nelson LLP based in Redhill, Surrey.
He is an employment law specialist, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the employment relationship. He has a particular interest in corporate restructures, the outsourcing of contracts and associated issues, including the practical aspects of redundancies and the TUPE Regulations.
He advises employers operating in a range of business sectors, with particular experience in the education sector. In addition, Andrew has particular experience in dealing with data protection issues, such as subject access requests and data breaches.
For many years, a significant part of Andrew’s practice has also involved advising senior executives on moving on from existing roles, negotiating severance agreements, examining post-termination restrictions and reviewing the terms of proposed new employment.
He also regularly acts in the Employment Tribunal, speaks at seminars/webinars and provides in-house training.
