Sacha joined Richard Nelson LLP in 2025 as a consultant solicitor specialising in Employment Law. She is based in London but is available to assist clients in employment matters nationally.

Having qualified in 2005, Sacha is a well-regarded solicitor with extensive experience advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious matters.

Sacha is a highly effective negotiator who prides herself on achieving cost-effective results for her clients and offering pragmatic advice aimed at resolving matters efficiently with the best outcome possible.  Clients describe her as both personable and empathetic.

Sacha has considerable experience in advising on settlement agreements and drafting letters before action, dealing with a wide range of areas of employment law, including, but not limited to, unfair dismissal, breach of contract, redundancy and whistleblowing, as well as discrimination claims, including those relating to maternity and pregnancy.  She also regularly advises on areas such as post-termination restrictions, disciplinary and grievance processes, unlawful deduction of wages claims and holiday pay. 

In addition, Sacha offers drafting work to her employer clients, including contracts of employment, staff handbooks and policies and procedures.
