Patrick joined Richard Nelson LLP in May 2026, having previously worked as a Solicitor & Head of the Employment Unit at Derbyshire Law Centre.
Patrick has been working in Employment Law since 2016 – specialising in all areas of Employment Law (both non-contentious & contentious), including contractual disputes, discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, redundancy and dispute resolution/settlement agreements, as well as undertaking Tribunal advocacy.
Patrick was nominated for the ‘Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year’ award in 2023 and was a finalist in the ‘Employment Team of the Year’ category at the Sheffield & District Law Society Awards in 2026.
